Service Description

1:1 sessions are designed to help you evolve into a passionate goal seeker and how to measure this success. From the beginning I will asses where you are in your own personal goals and what are the obstacles that are holding you back. Together we will work on achieving one goal at a time. This along with your own Schedule for success will be a good measuring tool on how many 1:1 coaching sessions you will need to sign up for. you can take it slow one session a week or a few a week.
